Due Diligence: technical / commercial / legal evaluation of bioenergy projects (CHP / power-to-grid and gas-to-grid plants) in Germany as well as in Western and Eastern Europe, including evaluation, reporting and the preparation of recommendations for action plans and decision papers (German / English)
Project / team coordination: acquisition and evaluation of biogas projects ranging from 350 kW to 20 MW electrical power (CHP and gas-to-grid plants), including contract negotiations as well as technical and commercial after-purchase integration
Project management: lay-out, planning and construction of biogas projects in a range from 150 kW to 3 MW electrical power (CHP / power-to-grid plants)
Superordinate project coordination / project management for major PPP and private sector projects (e.g. EXPO2000 corresponding projects)
Construction monitoring for biogas plant construction, object and landscape design
Project management, design and planning, commissioning including warranty claim management (biogas/bioenergy, object and landscape design)
Management: General manager, head of department, group and team lead; authorized officer
Founder: object and open space planning, garden and landscaping design / construction

Conception of a corporate-internal academy for knowledge transfer and human resource development
Project team lead: designing and implementing IT tools (process control / process handling, ERP, project evaluation and knowledge transfer / Corporate Communications)
Lay-out and development of corporate / logo / website design in cooperation with external consultants, implementation and launch
Lay-out, development and implementation of image films, documentary movies and radio shows including storyboard / script writing, supersising shooting, cutting and editing
